For the value it was your average Embassy Suites. The only issue was the breakfast, the "Hot" items were not hot and very limited items compared to other E.S. locations we have stayed at. But, we know it's free... Would stay again

We needed a place to stay, and relax, when not visiting the sites Southwest Florida had, and still has, to offer. The beaches were amazing, and coming back our studio suite at the Hilton was great! Stayed here for business a few weeks ago. Hotel staff is great during check-in, manager's reception and breakfast. Hotel was not overly crowded during stay. The Embassy Suites in Estero is clearly a newer hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located off I-75 which grants easy access to the area. The pool area is spacious and private situated among natural surroundings. I will happily stay here again!

Overall, the public areas on the second floor of the hotel had a "tired" appearance. I was disappointed to see large stains on the carpeting outside the elevator and all along the walkways.
