We partied a bit and the folks around us were not happy with us. I can understand their frustration, so be aware that this place is very family oriented and quiet in the evening. To say the rooms are "dated" is an understatement- they are pretty old. But the of the place grows on you. Having your own quiet beach is great, the pool is small but nice. Hot tub well maintained. Had a mechanical problem fixed in 10 minutes. Tradition is to take your wine and snacks to Tiki deck and watch sunsets.... More

It sure isn't the Ritz, or even a Marriott but, it does have old Florida charm. Along with old furniture, windows that don't lock,screened patio with ripped screen and puddles when it rains. We spent a week in what was called a two bedroom unit. It's more of a one bedroom with a sitting room and sofa bed, fine as a room for kids I suppose. Spent 7 days in what should have been a two bedroom condo. This was a 1 1/2 bedroom cheap motel. The second bed was barely a twin. The furniture is very old as well as the mattresses on the beds. Spent 7 days in a one bedroom. Great location. Beach right outside, beautiful water! Great value. Simply had a great experience. Restaurants, Bistros, and Bars (if you're into that) are within walking distance. Shopping locations are just a short drive and other venues are nearby.

Stayed only two days wish it could have been more. Great location, great facilities....stop looking you found the right place, this is it. You don't even need a car, you can walk to everything from the beach to nightlife from this unit. In two days we found 12 large shark teeth.....love the beach combing.

Stayed a week in a two bedroom. Older building, but well-maintained with newer (comfortable) beds and a crazy wonderful view of the gulf. The pool and hot-tub area are absolutely beautiful, and with lots of chairs, no worries about securing one. This resort is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a private beach with lounge chairs. The sand is a bit gritty and by the water, lots of small shells. Water shoes helpful. Fishing right from shore. People collecting sharks teeth. Most of the one and two bedroom units face the pool area with a small screened in lanai area.... More
