the hotel was partial renovated but it lacks of cleaniness, found a dead roach on the carpet, the bathroom door it jams, I think you could pay a bit more and get better quality, didnt like and would not stay again. more

The staff is very friendly there. The desk clerk on duty, and her name is Tami, Was very knowledgable about St. Augustine. She also reminded me about the complimentary continetal breakfast they serve in the mornings which also includes waffles.The rooms were clean and did not smell of smoke or musk. Quality Inn is a very quiet hotel. You are off the highway. Its not noisy. The breakfast was very good. My kids enjoyed the waffles. Patricia and Tammy came and help me out. The entire staff was very nice and was on time with everything me and my kids need. more

We were looking for hotel in St. Augustine. When I called this hotel, after finding it online, the receptionist told me they were located in St. Augustine. You get what you pay for. There were dark men's hairs in my shower that weren't cleaned up(I'm a blonde female). Other items from the last guest were left in the room. The rug REEKED of foot odor and I was grossed out having to walk around without shoes on. Good points were that the front desk staff was friendly... more
Hotel seems to have a big trouble with the upkeep of the ancient wall unit ac's - they don't dehumidify. Rooms tend to be damp. Carpet was filthy. more
