We had a wonderful time while staying in the villa, so great in fact we are trying to come back for a few days next month! It is in a great location for river access and a few restaurants. Very happy with our stay, thank you

Nice grounds near the Rainbow River. Paddle boats were fun. Swimming pool nice and well up kept. Staff is very friendly. Nice screened porches - even the floor is screened to keep bugs out. However, the cabins themselves are dated. Broken vertical blinds mean that people could peer in at night - a bit creepy. Also caused light to get... More

We stayed in the Cabins, which are located in a beautiful wooded remote area. The screened in porch made a relaxing, game nights and eating bug free and cool! Lots of walking and sight seeing many good pictures to be taken. Also activities (horseshoe, corn holing, pool table, ping pong, swimming and many more) to keep everyone happy. The cabin... More

Very quaint & perfect for weekend! Would highly recommend staying here! In fact, we're planning on going back in a few weekends & staying again. The back of the villa opens up to a beautiful river that connects to Rainbow River & you can also rent pontoon boats.

This is a bare bones type of room. The chairs had rips in them…furniture looked dirty. No daily service to clean your room. The TV was at least 20 years old. The villa was very outdated and beds were uncomfortable. I did not bother complaining because this type of problem can only be fixed with a complete renovation. The location... More

We have stayed here several times. When our daughter and her fiance chose this as the place they wanted to get married, we were pleasantly surprised. They were on a tight budget. The staff was very accomadating, and helpful. I can't thank the staff enough for they did.

Great place if you enjoy being outside, on the water and fishing. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We took lots of walks, fished off the dock and were able to bring our 150# dog, who also enjoyed the stay. Cabins were dated, but we're very clean. Beds were comfy and if you needed anything, the cabins were only a... More

The Preserve is a great place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle of life and commune with nature. You can kayak or canoe on the river or just relax by the pool. A great place to get away and regroup.

We rented two cabins during the first week of August. We had 5 adults and 5 children and found that two cabins worked nicely for our numbers. We enjoyed the pool on property everyday after we returned from Rainbow River. We took the kids on nature walks and all enjoyed the beauty of the Spanish moss hanging from the oak... More

My wife and I stayed in the Rainbow Rivers Club cabins during the weekend of our wedding in 2013. We decided to return with the family on Labor Day weekend for our 1 year anniversary. The cabins are very nice, spacious, and clean. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog in one cabin, and we felt very comfortable.... More
