Stayed at Hawks Cay the nights of 08/14-17. Yes the place could use a little sprucing up, and I understand is due for one real soon. But the staff was awesome and the overall facility is in good condition. Pool bar service was slow but it was a real busy weekend. Food was very good. Overall a very good stay... More

We stayed here in October 2013, renting a 2 bedroomed villa. The resort itself is beautiful, with some fantastic pools. We only stayed for two nights which was a shame as they could not fit me in for a dolphin swim, but hopefully we may go back another year. The villas themselves were lovely and peaceful, although the balconies are... More

We stayed in a sunset villa in hawks cay. The villa was great much more spacious than we expected. We had spent 7 day flying around the country from Vegas to Orlando theme parks, water parks so we were ready for some relaxation. There was so much todo here some of which we did not find until two days before... More

We booked reservations at this resort because it was reported to be family friendly with activites for teens. During our week stay there was only one two hour block with teen activities. The restaurants were very diappointing. The one night we could get into the better restaurant we placed in a darkcorner and the service was very very slow. Other... More

A bit on the expensive side. The restaurant was particularly expensive with not a massive choice and the only alternative at the time was a burger type place that I can't remember the name of now, which you certainly dont want every night. Having said that we were there for five days and loved it wished we could have stayed... More

We stayed in the Duck Key Villas at Hawk's Cay, which was beautiful. It was extremely well-maintained, very clean, gorgeous and very spacious. Great for a family with 2 young boys! Being on the water in the Marina was really fun, and having some open space to walk and run around was fantastic. The resort itself is amazing. There is... More

I took my 14 year old and three friends to stay at a villa for the weekend. It was well turned out, clean, had a jacuzzi and enough room for the weekend. However, the two bedrooms/two baths would be a bit crowded for a week.. The Resort has a main complex with a beautiful view of the Bay, a small... More

Stay in the Sunset Village at Hawks Cay. There are some other options that are "upgrades" in terms of cost, but the views, water access is best at the Sunset Villages. Plus, pool right outside. Clean, well cared for, full kitchen with granite, 3 tv's, 4 porches,etc... I have been everywhere and this is by far my favorite place. Make... More

We stayed in the Marina Villas July 2-5th. The resort is very nice. The good was that we arrived at 7am and our villa was available. The villa was very nice overlookjng the marina, which was nice. The villa was very spacious w/2 bedrooms and a upper and lower deck and 2.5 baths. The problem was that everytime you set... More

We booked our stay 3 months ago along with another family. Both of us requested to be near each other so our boys could play and fish and hang out. Turns out they don't honor those requests. We arrived but our villa was not ready so the check-in clerk said she would call when it was. No call. Hubby finally... More
