We come every year and are guests of an owner. Our unit was spotless with nice amenities. The view is fantastic! We were one of the closer buildings(not St.Lucia). Beach service was fine. The resort is beautiful but our room(St Croix #1004) was a huge disappointment. It was filthy and the front desk help is worthless. The carpets are disgusting, There is film of slime on the balcony that remain shady (mildew?) and grout in both showers needs redone so you feel like you can never take your shoes off. We have stayed all over FL, the Caribbean and the U.S. For the price paid for this condo, it was a total shame! Our unit was absolutely filthy. We had to call management to get it cleaned (it was dirty upon arrival). No towels, filthy moldy bathrooms, hair on the floor. ewww ewww ewww! Upon coming back to our room... more
