I couldn't ask for much more, the owner has been very attentive and followed up with us on all of our needs. The condo was very nice, the beds were very comfortable. The heated pool was a nice way to relax after spending time playing in the ocean.

We spent my Holiday in August this year at the Chateau La Mer, condo #1304. We were 4. I choosed this condo because of it’s french name ;-) The real reason is that I heard about it from friends that already visited it. The week we spent there was great; We loved the emrauld beach 2 minutes walking from the... More

The unit we stayed (703) in was newly renovated and nice. Pool was very well maintained, about 4-5 min walk to beautiful beach. We were told no pets when we made our reservations however the unit directly next to us had 2 little white dogs that would not stop barking. There was no management to report this too and Sheriffs... Family affordable, quiet and safe neighborhood, very friendly office staff, short walk to the beach, heated swimming pool, tennis court, short drive to great restaurants, boating, fishing, and shopping. These are condos by the way.

We stayed at CLM2 for over a week. We found it to be appropriate for our family of four. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The unit had a hide-a-bed sofa and two full or queen beds in the bedroom. There was a decent sized kitchen in pie condo with a small bar and then a table to sit... More

This place is too old and very outdated. It is a very far walk to the beach through the parking lot and driveways to the condos. The pool is very small with only 8 loungers and crappy umbrellas. The wifi doesn't always work.

It is decorated very pretty and it's in a convenient location but there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a whole week, the shower water doesn't get very hot at all, and there's mold around the bath tub faucet. I would not stay here again.

There were 5 of us that ended up going, 2 women and 3 children, ages 3,3 and 5. We all had a great time swimming in the pool and we went to the beach three times. Not being able to just walk across the street to the beach was the only draw back for me, because I love to be... More

The condo was very dirty. The outside around the door was full of debri. The glassware in the cabinet was dirty. It was amazing that no one really cared to make this an enjoyable visit in the Destin area. When the office was closed, there was no access to the ice machine. The condo was updated in 2004.

We stayed at unit 3A which is located on the ground floor which is perfect for us because we have our pet dog with us. Although pets are not allowed at the beach, the subdivision has a lot of areas to walk our pet. The place is so clean, well-maintained and the reservation process is so smooth and easy. Their...
