we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach. We booked through vrbo website but realized after the fact that we could have booked directly with the condo management. I would recommend doing that next time. I think we might have gotten a better price. place is well maintained but shows its age here and there. there are a limited number of... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach. Accommodations were nice and activities for kids were great also. Location was excellent! A lot of elevator traffic, but it does have many floors! Plenty pools and not a long walk to the beach.

I went to Pelican Beach for Labor Day weekend. I really had a wonderful time. My balcony was directly facing the ocean and was awesome! I went to the bar outside by the pool a few times and received excellent service. The condo was fully equipped except for washer/dryer. The one bedrooms do not have a washer/dryer in the units... My boyfriend and i stayed unit 1610 this week, and we will be back again. Our adult kids came for the weekend and we sincerely love this property and the condo. Friendly staff. FANTASTIC view. Close to everything. Highly recommend!

A must visit. Second year staying in unit 1912. Best view, huge lanai and everything available of your home comforts. The owner is super gracious. If we could live here, we would! The resort itself is super clean and accommodating. Just an elevator ride down to the pool and beach. Beach can get a bit crowded at times but didn't... More

Good: Sand beach, directly on the Gulf of Mexico can be beautiful. Condo units are very comfortable. Makes for a very affordable vacation. Bad: complex is too large. 20 story high rise jams too many people in two small a space. Count as many as 3,000 people trying to have a good time on the beach. The resort does little... More

Our stay at Resorts of Pelican Beach was not pleasant. We rented our condo (#910) from Wyndham. The unit looked very nice online but unfortunately the mold smell was overpowering. The blanket for the pullout sofa had a large stain. However, the blanket was replaced with a clean one a few hours after we called Wyndham. It was difficult to... More

My family and I have been to the Resorts of Pelican Beach 3 times. Each time renting a corner condo unit (love having 2 walls of windows with a view of the ocean). It is extremely nice that they give returning guests a discount. Check in staff is always nice. Had to call maintenance on a dishwasher that wasn't working.... More

We stayed at the Pelican many times but first time durring the summer. Our unit was extremly clean and smelled really nice.It had everything that we needed. My one and only complaint is beach chairs and umbrellas. If you want a spot right by the water you would have to get up no later than 5AM and claim your own spot.Yesterday I woke...
