Checked in a little after 9pm, left at 7am. Staff was friendly, room was clean with everything functioning. There's an Outback right next door so you don't have to go far to eat. Rates are very reasonable. Pretty much average to good for a HIE. Was on business, so I didn't get to the beach, so I can't comment there. more
I've been here a month so far with another month to go (on business). 4 blocks from a nice stretch of beach and near everything. Breakfast is good and simple but doesn't start till 6:30 (probably not an issue for most people). The staff is pleasant and helpful. I'll be staying here next time also. more

I had originally booked this for only one night because I was going to stay at a place closer to the school where I needed to be but when I saw the room I decided to stay another night and just get up earlier and travel the extra distance.
