I have been going down to Tops'l for the past 12 years. I have stayed at both the Summit and the Tides. It is one of the most relaxing places I have ever been and I will continue to go down every chance I get. Florida's secert paradise! more

Upon arrival to the Tops'l Resort, you notice a few things... Thier signage from the street could use improvement, it is hidden by palm trees... The grounds are very lushly landscaped... The security is impeckable. I rented three individual two bedroom units in the Tops'l Summit Building of the Tops'l Tennis Resort. The grounds are kept beautifully clean and manicured.... more

I stayed here for 3 nights in Mid-March. Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It was very very clean, and decorated beautifully. It was a nice property and had a wonderful white sand beach you would typically find in the caribbean. They offered a lot of activities and the hotel store/ gift shop had a nice selection. I... more
