5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 days ago NEW

Spent 4 days in the area- after minor complication checking in (dates were wrong in their computer) the staff went above and beyond making my stay enjoyable. Quiet room overlooking the pool and easy light breakfast- comped parking and extremely helpful front office when I needed to fax business documents. Great location for single woman to walk everywhere- beach, shops... More

I stayed at the Hyatt at Delray Beach for a business trip. The hotel is set back just a couple of blocks from the popular Atlantic Avenue where you can find countless restaurants, cafes, boutiques, etc. It was about a 12 minute walk to the beach. My room was modern and clean. Housekeeping did a great job each day. There... More

This hotel is in a great location even though it's a mile off the beach. Just a block from Atlantic Ave with many restaurants and nightlife. The staff is superb. Hotel is clean and seems new. It's the Hyatt mid range version. Best Hyatt Place I've stayed at.

Very nice hotel! Hyatt Park Places are very consistent in their modern design and spacious rooms. This one is about a mile from the beach, which was fine for us. Its absolutely in the center of Delray Beach, so you can walk to just about everything (including the beach if you feel hearty). The gym was nicely equipped, the pool... More

So....we were thrilled to find out we could check in early at our stay at Delray Hyatt (12:30pm as opposed to 3pm)! But a housekeeper barged in during a "memory made" on our mini vacay! Lol! We laughed it off...but geesh! Very clean & great location close to downtown happenings but far enough away that its quiet. Free breakfast was... More

It's not a Hyatt Regency or a Grand Hyatt property but still has the Hyatt stamp. It has a good complimentary breakfast and a US$17 per night parking fee. It has complimentary Wi-Fi too. Near all the good restaurants, but you need the car to go to the beach.

My expectation for a facility this well located, and bearing the Hyatt brand, was definitely higher than we experienced. The place is close to the downtown action, and an easy walk to the beach, but almost immediately one gets past the "Location, Location, Location" attribute of the hotel. For starters, the parking - particularly at night - can be a... More

JTIII2014, Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the air conditioning and I agree Hyatt Place is using a different model than your typical hotel. Our Front Desk staff typically include 4 or 5 associates that do multi-task as opposed to 2 associates only checking guest in or out. Overall the model may... More

I live locally and booked this for a night out on the town with two girlfriends visiting for the weekend so that we weren't driving / parking etc. There were 3 of us sharing a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The room was fine. Clean. It would probably have felt more spacious for a couple... More

Save yourself the money and stay at a motel. Not only are these rooms sub par, but you will also hear the train every time it goes by. Also it is about 80 degrees in the room. I got this hotel for the night bc my air broke and I ended up leaving in the middle of the night to... More

The hotel location is great, just a block from Atlantic Avenue and a mile from the beach so it is within walking distance. The hotel has a very modern look. It was expensive, which is partly because we went during the Delray Open in February and didn't know about it. Some of the negatives were that the air control would... More
