I read mixed reviews before the hubby and I stayed here for the weekend in an oceanfront one bedroom suite during Biketoberfest. I was pleasantly surprised. Meeting the front office staff made for a great first impression. There are tons of great amenities here along with the beautiful beach. Beds are older and need to be replaced, but we still... More

The location of this hotel is really perfect. Its directly on the beach and has beautiful views. Unfortunately this hotel/timeshare is lacking ambiance and updating. The rooms from what I know are all exterior corridor and are in need of maintenance. The game room onsite will eat your money and the front desk won't refund it. They said its managed... More

we wanted to stay along the beach so we chose this hotel. It seemed nice and we were greeted with "a welcome package" but if you're not staying there for more then a weekend they won't have much to say to you. When we entered our room, we noticed the view. It was a great view of the ocean except... More

I booked an entire week - a 1 bedroom and a studio. Checked out on Tuesday morning, could not stand to put my family and friends through the torture of these old decrepit beds! Major housekeeping and maintenance issues. Called maintenance on Monday, broken coffee maker, old dirty air filter, broken safe and broken TV, these are just a few... More

We wanted a resort right on the beach to celebrate our 3rd anniversary at. It was just my husband and I. We were hoping for as relaxing of a vacation as we could get without traveling back to Jamaica or Puerto Rico. It didn't happen, though, at this resort. We had an early flight into Orlando and drove on over... More

We were excited to stay in the hotel from the pictures on the website. Once we actually got there, it was a totally different story! Check in was slow. Parking is horrible! We had 2 cars, but they would only give us one parking pass. They told us that we could park one of the cars in the parallel spots... More

We arrived and entered our studio unit to find a few things that pleased us and many which did not. The view was simply magnificent and we enjoyed it morning, noon and night. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it didn't compensate for the other issues we discovered. Among those on the negative side of the... More

Very run down and the parking lot we had to park in was not lighted at all. We could barely see in front of ourselves. We almost got run over getting out of our car. We were very scared. It had that old motel look. Dirty doors halls, elevators and stairways.

I ended up here as a guest of family that were staying here so I never looked into it ahead of time or knew what to expect. The location was pretty decent and we had a spectacular view of the ocean - the view would have been better if the windows were clean. They do have "free" wifi but that... More
