I paid a getaway price so it was very inexpensive for the week. Expectations were low and they met my expectations. I could go into details about the problems. They know the problems and say they are on it. Great view and location. I probably would not go back.

12/3/14-12/6/14. When we 1st arrived they booked us into a one bedroom room. Reservations clearly stated a 2 bedroom rm. That was corrected quickly, but only after we had moved our luggage to the room which was located on the 2nd floor and the correct room was on the 3rd. So we moved our luggage which was an inconvenience. The... More

The location and amenities surrounding the resort are good. But, the beds, other furnishings, the elevator, etc. are in very poor shape. I realize that the manager says it is now under new management (for two months) but they don't seem to be putting any money into upgrading it. We'll never return.

Wonderful oceanfront location with a friendly, helpful staff. Shopping center across the street with a Publix supermarket, Beals Department store, Dollar Store, pizza, Chinese and Subway takeout. Plus other stores. Nearby there is many restaurant choices . Our 2 bedroom unit is very clean, smaller rooms than most timeshare units, no balcony and needs updating. For example: needs a refrigerator... More

This place is a joke. We're staying at this "resort" because it's part of a timeshare that we got. Where do I begin? We got here around 9:30pm, check in was easy and quick. The parking lot is in total darkness and quite creepy. Not a single light is on so ladies...make sure you're not by yourself. After walking through... More

I read mixed reviews before the hubby and I stayed here for the weekend in an oceanfront one bedroom suite during Biketoberfest. I was pleasantly surprised. Meeting the front office staff made for a great first impression. There are tons of great amenities here along with the beautiful beach. Beds are older and need to be replaced, but we still... More

The location of this hotel is really perfect. Its directly on the beach and has beautiful views. Unfortunately this hotel/timeshare is lacking ambiance and updating. The rooms from what I know are all exterior corridor and are in need of maintenance. The game room onsite will eat your money and the front desk won't refund it. They said its managed... More

we wanted to stay along the beach so we chose this hotel. It seemed nice and we were greeted with "a welcome package" but if you're not staying there for more then a weekend they won't have much to say to you. When we entered our room, we noticed the view. It was a great view of the ocean except... More

I booked an entire week - a 1 bedroom and a studio. Checked out on Tuesday morning, could not stand to put my family and friends through the torture of these old decrepit beds! Major housekeeping and maintenance issues. Called maintenance on Monday, broken coffee maker, old dirty air filter, broken safe and broken TV, these are just a few... More

We wanted a resort right on the beach to celebrate our 3rd anniversary at. It was just my husband and I. We were hoping for as relaxing of a vacation as we could get without traveling back to Jamaica or Puerto Rico. It didn't happen, though, at this resort. We had an early flight into Orlando and drove on over... More
