This past June, we spent a week at Perry's with a total of 5 families. The first night we arrived at about 10:00pm after driving from Ohio straight thru the 2 rooms we wanted next to and connected to, wasn't going to happen. So one family had to stay in one room and move the next day. Finally got in... more

this was a hotel was a package deal we stayed in to go thru one of those buy in deals, we walked in the room and my eyes and sinuses instantly closed up from the urine smell, the mold and mildew on the ceilings and walls was gross, and the overall cleanliness was just disgusting. the pool area didnt look... more

Do not be fooled not all rooms have a private balcony like it advertises! Sure, this place would be awesome if you are going with your children, DO NOT PLAN A ROMANTIC GETAWAY! AWFUL AWFUL I MEAN HORRIBLE PARKING !!!!!! They let the kids hangout in the jacuzzi all day long, needless to say I dare not enter it come... more

The resort and our room was very clean, grounds were very pretty, service was friendly and prompt, we stayed on the sixth floor of the south tower and the view from the room was great. Our room had a small eat in kitchen which was great and there is a grocery store across the street which saves you from the... more

We stayed at Perry's the week following Bike Week and loved every minute of our stay. We've stayed at Perry's at least 5 times since we discovered it. The kids love the heated indoor pool and we love the quite, family atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are very clean, especially the bathrooms (which I am extremely picky about since... more

Our family has been staying most vacations since 1986 at Perry's. It still has great grounds around the motel and an awesome indoor pool and great morning donuts. The problem for us is it has totally lost its personal care!! From reservations to check in to pool staff, no one is friendly or helpful. I get the feeling they are... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for time away. It was wonderful. We stayed in the Jacuzzi King Suite. It has a bunch of room and the view from our room was great. It was the best price that we could find for what we were looking for and it was a relaxing stay. more

Arrived at Daytona at the end of Sept. Checked out several hotels on the beach, most of which were run down and over priced. Stayed at Perrys several years ago, so I called them and was promised a great rate for my 2 day stay. When we chcked in we were given our choice of almost any room in south... more

This hotel was a decent place to stay. The rooms were clean, amenities were fair. I liked the beach booths that served ice cream and snacks out on the beach. I did not, however, like the cars/4 wheelers riding up and down the beach in the late afternoon. I have a toddler, and it just wasn't a relaxing experience to... more

Okay, where do I begin? This hotel is disgustingly overpriced for what room we were given. The lady at the concierge gave us a map and Room 15. We had to drive down the street to a section of pink, ground-level apartments that (what seems to me) were recently acquired by this 'resort'. The room had tile floors, covered in... more
