We wanted to make reservations for an oceanfront room and were told the only way to do this was to reserve a 2 bdrm. We did, and when we got there we were told (1) that THEY choose the room when you get there and (2) all the oceanfront rooms with balconies were closed due to the storms (we stayed... more

We've traveled four and five star hotels in the US and Mexico but were visiting Florida for the first time and selected Daytona Beach. We were traveling with our 21 year old daughter, booked thru Expedia and were a bit leery of booking a timeshare property but needed a good price (who doesn't with the economy) and had an absolutely... more

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the property. Bed was comfortable and two bed room was large. Bar was great for us and pool/slide were great for the kids. They had activities for the kids at the pool and live music. They are working on the outside; however rooms have been updated. Check- in was easy and they called use... more

We took 4 teenagers to Daytona Beach for a week and stayed at this hotel. It is one of the smaller hotels on the strip but a great hotel. I am very picky about where I will stay and loved this place. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a living room (sofa bed) and kitchen and this worked... more

I liked everything about the resort. I only had 2 problems 1) The desk clerk named Judy when we was checking was rude. and 2)We didn't get an ocean front room lilke we was promise but the room we had had a fairly good view. They have a gas grill out on the pool deck that guest can use. We... more

My wife and two kids stayed for one week amd were blown away with both the service provided and the wonderful pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The staff was always quick to say yes to everything we asked for and the General Manager so concerned about our stay and always available! He even spent time painting the pool area, trimming... more

My family and I stayed at the Daytona Beach Regency for my first Mothers Day. This resort was amazing. It wasnt an enormous hotel unlike some that are down there, but it wasnt so small that you felt cramped. We had a 2 bedroom Lockoff and it came with everything we needed. We did not have an ocean front room... more

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a one bedroom handicap unit. We were so close that I could lay on the bed and still see the ocean. That was neat! Everyone was nice and didn't find too many things that we would have changed. The place has an IHOP and a Walgreens nearby. We liked the location... more
