“Total Incompetence”

Reserved a room here, largely because it had smoking rooms. Arrived after 9 hour drive BUT the "computer was down" and neither of the front desk guys could get it back up. Room was pretty nice, good service, pool was nice not too busy during the day. I had the best sleep on their oh so comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast was well worth it as well. would definitely recommend to anyone going on vacation.
