The resort, best accessed from I-95 by way of Dunlawton Ave. wherein most restaurants and shops can be found, has obviously been renovated and our room #703 has granite counter tops all throughout, working appliances, a safe in the closet for the valuables, a nice but small and equipped kitchen to fix meals, but best of all, waking up in... It was our first visit at Acapulco in Daytona and we were greatly impressed! Ramon was very helpful in instructions and in his friendliness. He was our go to when we needed things and we received them quickly. Even though there is an open bar we never saw any unruly guests or drunkenness which was impressive to us. All the... More

Breakfast was wonderful. Tim Greiner was a great server and very friendly. He made breakfast even more enjoyable. We wanted to change to an ocean front room and Tabitha got us a great room without any problem. She was very nice and helpful. There was also an older blonde lady who works in the evenings that checked us in who... More

My daughter and I stayed here while traveling. The pool was nice and the oceanfront view was great. The room had a great little kitchenette that was very helpful. The room seemed clean and tastefully decorated. I do think that they may have the slowest elevator I've ever used. They allow (at a surcharge) a late Afternoon checkout. That worked... More

The pool area was in good condition. We were traveling with four young grandchildren so they really enjoyed the kiddie pool. The rooms are in need of an upgrade. The carpet was old and stained. We often had trouble getting pool towels as they ran out early in the day. Also linens and clean towels in the room seemed to... More

This is the WORST place to stay, we got at the hotel on Friday night 08/01/2014 at 10:30 PM. The check in took to long, no parking spot available, handicap parking being used by non handicap drivers. We went to buy food and when we got back was even WORST!!!! I went to complain with the lady at the front... More

We just left this hotel after a 3 night stay. The room was fine and pretty clean . The rooms walls are paper thin.. Basically a quarter inch two by four. So busy and so much noise. The elevators are slow and small. The pool is dirty and crowded . Kids running everywhere unsupervised by the hot tub. You cannot... More

Paying close to $1,000 for a week stay you would expect at the bare minimum decent customer service. I have posted problems on their facebook page with no follow up. Called twice, made SEVERAL trips to front desk. Room not ready on first day, got the runaround. Original desk clerk helping us left with no direction to replacements about our... More

My stay was for one week in July 2014. Check in was easy, My room was clean, The entry door was damaged and did not close properly but the lock did work and also had a safety chain. The maid service is hit and miss (perhaps I should of tipped more than $5.00 per day). I had to buy toilet... More

We stayed here in August of 2013 and enjoyed our stay, We stayed in July of this year did not enjoy it at all. The hotel seemed to be very busy and there was 2 different families having reunions there. The pool and hot tub was always full of kids , the parking lot was full and when you found... More
