Stayed one night. Booked through hotels.com. Front desk staff friendly. However, be advised the bar/restaurant right next door (which our room overlooked) is licensed to have live music until 3:30 am. Hotel unable to move us because we didn't book direct through them. We were handed ear plugs! Won't be back.

Barbara G- Thank you for taking the time to share with us your experience during your stay. I want to extend our sincerest apologies for the noise from next door during your stay. We are working to replace some items on the building during the renovations that will help to sound proof the noise from our partial view rooms to... More

View and access to the beach and pool were great. A short walk to the boardwalk. Needs new mattress. Hotel staff was awesome staff went above and beyond. Wish the bar/restaurant was open. Great food at the restaurant next door. Loud music but never heard it once we went to bed.

We stayed here a few weeks ago for a family get together. When we checked in the front desk staff was pleasant and personally called when our room was ready. The room was clean, but obviously on the old side... think furniture and carpet from the 1970's. They had a window and a door, but not sliding glass door to... More

Here's a little something that will help you determine if you can handle this place. All of us have probably been sitting at a stop light when someone pulls up next to you with the bass in their car cranked up so loudly that your car shakes. Do you: A - anxiously wait for the light to turn so you... More

We stayed in an ocean front room on 4/25/15 and the room was not cheap. The patio was dirty including a cup full of nasty cigarette butts and missing a/c cover. The patio door jam was missing wood. Dirty windows, dirty doors, old banged up furniture, dirty pool. The lounge was closed due to renovation. Once of the elevators was... More

Since hotel management read and comments here some suggestion. You have an absolute GEM of a property but you are handling renovations completely wrong. While wanting to stay open makes financial sense the negative reviews you will get will create a long lasting impact unless you completely rebrand the property. My suggestion is that you immediately begin shutting down the... More

Staff was friendly and pleasant. I had read several bad reviews on line and thought I was checking in to a dump. Pleasantly surprised. So close to the beach and many things within walking distance. Parking was bad the first night but it improved the next day. The staff was always friendly and polite. Staff seemed interested in me.
