Me and a friend went down Daytona beach to pick up a boat, drove all the way down from Montreal Canada. Since we were tired from the 22 hour drive, we decided to pick up the first motel we would come across, the Cove Motel. Since it was dark when we arrived, it was hard to tell in what kind of shape this motel was in, I didn't care, it was cheap and I just wanted a place to crash, we got room 101. The next morning as I was waking up , the first thing I see from my bed is this beautiful sun rise with the beach WOW what a perfect way to start a day. We end up staying two nights there, would have stayed longer but all the rooms were booked.

Of course, this is not a 4 star establishment, but for the price, you will not find a better place then this in Daytona, directly on the most beautiful beach in the world, the owner and staff are top notch.

I told my wife once back home that the next time we go to Daytona we're are going to stay at this place
