Inexcusable management of Housekeeping Staff - who were left to flip rooms from a convention of 300 in the morning to another gathering of 300+ Red Hatters in the afternoon. Checkin was by 4:00PM and that never happened because rooms were not turned over - was told that there were only 2 housekeepers assigned per floor. We arrived at 3:15... More

We stayed in room 260 from Sept 4-7 2014. Checking in went smoothly and the room was ideal. We parked on the second level and walked right out the parking garage door and our room was right there - view was wonderful. We had a slight maintenance issue with a light out in the bathroom and they were prompt with... More

We recently stayed in this hotel for a convention. Room was booked in February. Registration was a zoo - but that was mainly due to those checking in for this particular convention. The staff behind the desk were pleasant and apologetic for the delays many of us encountered checking into our rooms upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was considerable stress getting... More

I just visited for a conference with my family and had a mixed experience. The good: the hotel is right on the beach, which has nice sand and good waves, and the pools are warm and well kept. The staff is very friendly: manager Byron and front desk person Lina were especially warm and helpful. The bad: the room I... More

This hotel has great value. It's clean and the hotel rooms are comfortable with spectacular views. I have an ocean view (with the air conditioners in the way) and it's an awesome view. I would stay here again. I currently have a 3 day stay

Booked an ocean view room. The photo was that of an ocean front. Got there and the view was of the top of a lower section of their building with all the air conditioning units humming along and their parking lot with a sliver of ocean view. This was not an ocean view, it was a partial ocean view. Beware.

Before I start out please view my profile and see that I never leave negative reviews anywhere I go. This hotel is the worse place I have ever stayed at in my life, absolute worse costumer service from every employee, everything in the room is old, the fridge didn't work and then when I checked out they charged me for... I was a bit concerned to stay at this hotel due to some of the tripadvisor reviews regarding the housekeeping issues. I emailed the GM directly to discuss my concerns. After speaking with him, my daughter and I decided to give it a shot. I am so pleased that we did. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and... More

After a very long drive and wanting no issues, our door lock to our room failed and front desk set maintenance to look at it. While waiting on them we noticed a bad odor in the breezeway. The door lock issue was resolved and we went on with our evening. The next day the odor was back with a vengence.... More
