Look, a place can be old without being disgusting. The fact that this hotel has not been updated in any way is not nearly as problematic as the terrible housekeeping and maintenance issues. The Desert Inn is easily the most disgusting dive that I've have ever set foot in. The room was so musty that the bed sheets were actually damp.
