This property is fantastic - the bed was wonderful, the bathroom was great - it feels very upscale and the customer service was fantastic! Definitely not what I expected from a Holiday Inn...and after a long day of driving, the bar/restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and comfortable and the wireless signal in our 2nd floor room was strong (and free!). The only negative part of our trip was breakfast - the manager (?) was also our waiter and it was clear that he didn't "work his way up the ranks." He was unfamiliar with the menu, served us coffee that was clearly the same pot brewed 3 hours earlier when the restaurant opened - that kind of thing. It was the only flaw in an otherwise impeccable stay and we chalked it up to a "kink" in this brand new property's process of finding a groove. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations - what a great place to stay! more
