Loved this place. Clean, neat, smelled great and staff were awesome. Everywhere u turned there was a staff member asking if u needed anything. They were very polite, when passing everyone I encountered would say good morning or hello. living in florida 20 years and traveling to daytona (the closest beach to ocala) stayed at alot of cheesy hotels . after staying here i will never stay anywhere else( me my husband 6year old daughter and 15 year old son loved it!!!)clean ,great restuarants, no driving on beach !!!!coming back again! more

Stayed at the Hilton for Bike Week. Location was perfect for Downtown activities. Rooms reminded me of an old hotel with a face lift. Cleaning the sliding glass doors would be a start. Front desk not organized - didn't have the special request for dogs prepared - then made excuses why they couldn't have special request ready. My only reply... more
