4blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were decorated in gorgeous antiques. I had the King Juan Carlos room which was stunning and comfortable. Jim is an incredible host making everyone feel right at home. I will plan on returning and recommend this to anyone for a unique, comfortable and convenient experience in Daytona Beach.

We stayed at the Villa for nine nights (March 29–April 7) and were the only house guests except for Jim’s family and their three young children. We found the Villa on Purple Roofs and very happy we did. We were able to walk to Anna’s Restaurant (Jim’s recommendation) and the beach without moving our car. There were two bikes for... More

Mike and I accidently discovered the Villas the 1st weekend of December, 2014. What a Hidden Treasure! The owner, Jim is delightful, friendly and very hospitable. When we returned to Daytona this weekend, (Feb. 7) of course we returned to the Villas - and it proved to be again, a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast -... More

We have stayed at the Villa twice now, and have every intention of staying again. We first visited Jim and his wonderful home on our honeymoon. We were so impressed with our stay, we returned on our first anniversary. The atmosphere of the Villa is unmatched in the area, and the hospitality is second to none.

Very beautiful and peaceful Mansion (or Villa, as it's titled) in a nice, very well preserved, antique style. The owner Jim is a very nice man, giving a lot of useful information about the Daytona surroundings and where to go and visit. We also enjoyed the peaceful swimmingpool, which is beautiful surrounded by exotic plants. Coming back here for sure... More

This is the second time my husband and I spent our Anniversary at The Villa. This year we selected the Christopher Columbus room. This room is true to its theme and made us feel like we were part of the new colony. Jim, the owner, allowed us to arrive earlier than scheduled so that we could have time to enjoy... More

The Villa is an spectacular old mansion. We were impressed by the pictures we saw in the internet and decided to give it a try. The building's interiors are very impressive. Dark wood and old style decor everywhere. At first the building itself appears to be not sunny and happy but rather dark but very appealing and romantic, if you... More

This was a last minute "beach getaway" for a the wife and me. We stayed just two nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Even though we had a car - It was an easy walk to dinner on Friday evening and an easy walk to the beach on Saturday. After a day on the beach, it was incredible to... More
