This was get away for our 45th wed anniversary. The hotel they say is a resort, its not its a regular hotel room. Only extras I might say is coffee pot and coffee packets. Not enough electric outlets to charge your electronics. We had brought 3. Unpluged other things to get a charge. Elevator s were slow due to the... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and this trip this year was not very good. The elevators are very slow and one was not working so it was a long wait to get onto the elevator. we had to use the elevator to take up our luggage but then we used the stairs. The parking... More

This past week was a disaster at this hotel. I stayed on the 11th floor and they had one working elevator which took at least 20 minutes to get up and down. I was stuck in the other elevator before it broke. It was faster taking the stairs. There were bugs in the hotel room. The lobby smelled like sewage.... More

I recently at ate the hotel's restaurant. The service that I received was exceptional! Patrick was my waiter. He was very efficient, friendly & professional. He always had my ice tea filled, despite how busy he was. Had my food out fast. He kept all the customers happy. Cynthia the bar tender was super. An awesome bar tender! Happy &... More

Most reviews pointed out that two elevators were insufficient. For the past two days, only one is working. The wait time for those of us on higher floors is unacceptable. The first room we were given had no working toilet & a funky odor. The second room was better, but the front desk was not even apologetic for the inconvenience... More

When we arrived at the hotel we realized there was very limited parking. The hotel clerk advised us that extra parking was located across the street (a pretty busy 4 lane highway). Not only was the parking inconvenient, it was unlit. My only room complaints were a lack of power outlets and very uncomfortable bed. The hotel & room were... More

Cockroaches in rooms, asked to be moved. That room had them too. They may change linens and vacuum but it's dirty. I took shower in my flip flops. The shower curtain was disgusting. The elevators were to slow and half time didn't work. It's needs to be gutted and remodeled. Will not stay there again. For a few more dollars... More

This hotel appears nice on the surface but then you have to park across a very busy street with no signals/lights! There are only two elevators for 11 floors plus the staff to use, so coming and going you literally stopped at every floor and the time in the cramped elevator was terrible! Only enough room for 8 people :-/... More

Husband and myself on this vacation. Very clean no MOLD or MELDEW. The view was great from balcony. Balconies are very small though. Three would be the max for comfort. We arrived early and was able to get into room which was nice. Parking is a premium there and all over beach area. We have a disability tag and was... More

My family booked 10 rooms in total, the rooms in general are not bad, are were clean the view of the ocean was beautiful. The hallways smelled of mold and some chemical combination. The carpets were being clean & dried throughout our stay but the Mold smell was very strong. There was a group of OVER 300 children with a... More
