I booked a room thru booking. com. Which went great. I called the hotel thinking that they would be able to "cancel" the room that I booked with them, I wanted to speak to someone and make sure it was canceled. Someone answered the phone very unprofessionally, to say the least. And was extremely rude and was not interested in... More

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. The hot water was inexplicably shut off today on Christmas Eve- nobody is available at the desk until Friday. Nobody can tell us why the hot water doesn't work, and there is no apology or word from management! The residents say this happens "often" without reason or regard for the residents or paying... 2 great courses. Landscape, waterfalls, and winding path make you feel alone with your group even if not. Employees friendly. Pirate gift for kiddies after game. Near I4 and restaurants. Easy to locate. Went here twice during stay, will return if back in the area.

We had a wonderful vacation at Pirate's Cove. We were fortunate enough to stay in Unit 325. It has a full size kitchen and was very, very clean. The view from the balcony, overlooking the ocean and the beach was enhanced by tall chairs that looked over the balcony railing. I highly recommend this hotel. The rates are VERY affordable... More

I stayed in 601 and it was very clean and spacious and a very fair deal on the price! A lot of remodeling was going on during our stay and only one elevator worked at the time but the last day we were there they were all fixed and running again. The The restaurant in the building at the time... More

This hotel has units that are individually owned. Our unit was #601. The unit was recently remodeled. It was great! Had a view of the ocean and the Halifax river, a little kitchenette which was pretty spacious, 2 full size beds, and 1 bathroom. The owner left some amenities in the unit for us to use which was really thoughtful.... More

We spent a wonderful week at Pirates Cove in unit #221. As most of the units are independently owned it really is a hit or miss, unit by unit, experience. We were very happy to have the unit we got (#221). Even though the building was undergoing renovations, the unit was a very clean and comfortable. The Murphy bed and... More

Great location and room initially appeared great and clean. However, after a few nights staying there I noticed a lot of bugs!!!!! There are cockroaches up to an inch long that scurry around at night (they are nocturnal) on the floors and walls. I would NEVER stay here again. I am frantically going through all my luggage hoping that I... More
