We were given a dirty room (the details you wouldn't care to know) with an insecure patio door. When I decided I couldn't stay here, the management refused to cancel my reservation and billed my credit card anyhow...yet they say they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee! Be careful here!. more

My family and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was excellent. Our room with 2 king beds was very clean and very well maintained. We had no problems with noise. I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Orlando. It's close enough to Disney (about 10 minutes) and it's an easy on/off of I-4.... more
