Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lobby and grounds give the appearance of a good hotel. Rooms and corridors are rundown, dirty as well as outdated. Needs a complete renovation. However, it is close to the airport. Overall, not the Sheraton standards I am accustomed to.

This was our first hotel in the U.S. As european travellers we were a bit confused, that people really don't use public transport in FL. So if you don't want to rent a car, then this isn't a good choice. The room is large enough compared to a similar european business hotel. We stayed for 4 nights after a 10... More

Stayed here one night prior to leaving on a cruise. Nice hotel, nothing super special. Room showed signs of wear, but was clean for the most part. There was a large band aid on the floor under the sink that should have been caught by housekeeping. There was a homecoming dance downstairs with very loud music, but it seemed to... More

This place is very close to the airport and we stayed there while attending a Cpe course being held there. This place had mold in the grout, water stains in the rug under the air return, was too cold, run down and they had one out of three elevators working. They told us it would be fixed. It was not.... The hotel itself is alright, the rooms are mediocre at best. They could use an update. The help desk was short with us also. What truly hurts the hotel the most is the services they offer Such as 9.95 for SLOW Wifi Internet for 24 hours. The thing that did it over the top for me was the breakfast buffet... More

Stayed here before a very early departure. Comfortable beds, clean room and appealing lobby area/bar. Good value and of course, very quick & easy to get to the airport! Pleasant staff at check in (Mary)

Booked a Club room and on check in was told not available. Given a room on the 10th floor (club level is 12th). With the exception of breakfast where you are looked after by a lovely Caribbean lady, the club lounge is a joke. Snacks consist of apples and cereal bars and evening hors D Oeuvres are very limited. You... More

Recently stayed here for 2 nights, while attending a conference at the hotel. Over all the hotel was OK, but not up to what I expect for the money. First of all you could not be closer to the airport unless you were on the runway itself. The only problem is I could hear every plan that took off while... More

A rather dated Sheraton in need of refurbishment. If you need an airport hotel with a comfy bed and a reliable airport shuttle this will work but I'd be looking for a good rate. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well however the pubic hair in the shower, and the lack of hot water was not great. The... More

I booked a room at this Sheraton on the same day as arrival using a well-known hotel-search website. I needed only a one night stay, before my flight in the morning. On the plus side, it was close to the airport terminal, and they run a shuttle. On the down side, they charge $15 per day for parking in their... More
