We stayed prior to going on a cruise. P ick up from airport was fast and efficient Hotel check in was prompt and courteous THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN. We booked a cruise out of Miami but had to fly in to Ft. Lauderdale due to the air arrangements we made independent of the cruise line. Convenience beyond belief. Bass Pro Shop is directly behind hotel with Islamorado Restaurant inside. Terrific menu and service at the restaurant. Hotel had excellent staff in all areas!
