I would say in Crystal River, this hotel has the BEST overall location. The lobby, gift shop and presentation is simply exceptional. It's on the water, has a small dive shop and marina as well as several restaurants in walking distance. I wish I would have brought my bike as the walk to a few of the quaint downtown spots... more

I was happily surprised to see a big chain hotel like Best Western so clean and fresh smelling. This particular Best Western didn't have that conventional, block-style hotel feel. Our experience does not match up with the negativity some other writers express. The rooms are big and clean. As long as you get a room away from the road, it's quiet. They are pet friendly. The people we have dealt with have always been very pleasant. more

This is a basic, motel-style facility. My husband and I stayed one night as part of a group scuba dive trip; it was very busy and full of people the night we were there.
