The hotel is an older building but has been recently renovated. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, amazing decor and very spacious. Service was terrific, from the valet to check in to the restaurant staff (try the panini for breakfast, tasty!). The details like the nice bathroom amenities, flat screen TV and iHome in the room really made a difference. It's... More

We stayed at the Hyatt after our cruise in August, 2009. This is a great hotel. Parking at the hotel is $16 per day and wireless internet is $10 per day. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We also tried the Two Sisters restaurant at the hotel and the food was good.

The staff: Warm and accomodating. We checked in very early at 11 am and then didn't love the view from the room. I cringed at the thought of asking for another room because here we were checking in at 11 am--being those guests who don't follow the rules--yet they kindly moved us to a higher floor. They could have huffed... More

The room is large and bed comfy. The bathroom didn't have an adequate fan system, thereby "holding" the hairspray, perfume odors. Only one towel hook (seems odd.) One small basket in the entire room which was in the bathroom. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the evenings at the pool area, relaxing in the peaceful... More

I stayed overnight in a king room overlooking a courtyard shared by the building across the way. Downtown was visible from the corner of the balcony. The location was convenient to the airport and the room was small but clean and cozy. I liked the Persian theme and the room was nice but seemed very dated as did the conference... More

From the minute I entered the front door of the hotel I was impressed by the warm welcome given by the staff at the moment of arrival, registering, and even walking down the hall to one's room. Throughout my three day stay the staff continued to make a very favorable impression. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the bed and... More

I stayed here with my husband and 6 year old son and it was fabulous. We had a terrace suite, the room was fabulous, big and spacious, great view of the pool. The recent refurbishment is great. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby on the Miracle Mile. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Peaceful. Staff accommodating. I had a problem with the internet service and they removed the charge from my bill. We paid for parking one night. The remainder of our stay we parked on the street at the metered parking. We were gone during the say so we didn't have to pay for metered parking at that time. Lots... More

My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. We were able to get a rate of 55 dollars on priceline and wow were we pleased! It is a beautifu hotel and the staff are all so nice and helpful. The room was huge and the bed was very comfy. It was nice and quiet... More

The Hyatt's best features aren't found within this somewhat outdated, but nonetheless clean, hotel. What it lacks in ammenities is made up for by its location in downtown Coral Gables (just two blocks north of the Miracle Mile and within walking distance of Morton's and even Barnes and Noble) and its inexpensive price. The hotel's location suited us especially well,... More
