Spent two nights in February. Historical building in Coral Gables with beautiful architecture and an enormous swimming pool. 18 hold golf course on site was nice to play. Service was excellent. Everyone very helpful. Room was nicely appointed. Two flat screen tvs in the room. Strong and fast wifi connection (included). You have to appreciate the historical nature of this... More

The staff was nice, the pool relaxing, the bar food outside terrific. However, the restaurant inside was ruth chris prices for outback quality. The parking situation was very good. This hotel needs to work on the menu.

We welcome constructive feedback from all of our guests as an integral part of monitoring services and product throughout the resort. It’s our desire to ensure every guest experience is both exceptional and memorable. We were surprised to see the comments regarding cuisine quality, as our restaurants, both Palme d'Or and Fontana, have received top Zagat ratings in South Florida... More

Stayed for about a week during winter 2011. It is a beautiful place located in a quiet posh housing neighborhood which is a short drive away from the central location. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. However the hotel offers quite a nunmber of distinctive award-winning fine-dinning options. The room is spacious, warm and nicely decorated. It... More

Stayed here last night compliments of RSSC prior to our Caribbean cruise. Beautiful suite in one of the towers. Really comfy bed, lovely toiletries and lots of fluffy towels. Good hair dryer found under the vanitary unit. Shame no tea / coffee making facilities! Excellent buffet breakfast. Would I stay here again? If wanted luxury and a treat ... Yes.

I'll start by saying the hotel is charming, the rooms are nicely appointed and serviced well, the pool and property is gorgeous, and any staff members not working behind a desk or at a restaurant were wonderful and helpful. But that is where the good part of the review ends. We visited the hotel during a busy weekend in Miami... More

The hotel was just a beautiful experience from the decor to the service. The location is perfect and our time there was just too short! This will be our destination from now on when traveling to south Florida.

We stayed at the Biltmore for a Valentine's weekend getaway and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and at your service. The 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant staff were amazing. At breakfast and at happy hour we felt like we were hosted by friends. The room had a great view of the pool and grounds. The halls were lined... More

I was searching for a destination for 3 generations (15 total) to fly in to celebrate my moms 90th. The Miami area met the easy flight criteria and fortunately, I found the Biltmore. It was simply perfect. Everyone ( ages 25 to 90) loved the hotel. We did splurge and booked the Merrick Suite, a 3 king br suite on... More

Having had a satisfactory stay at this hotel I have been hounded by emails from them. Despite unsubscribing they still keep coming. While the hotel is okay it isn't worth the continual badgering. It is difficult to make a reservation and stay without giving one's email so I won't be staying again.

We did respond to this comment several weeks ago, but it appears that was never posted on this website. We do understand the concern with being "overly e-mailed"; we will happily remove your e-mail address if you communicate directly with our PR office, as we cannot tell by the information attached to your comment what that address actually is. This might not be the place for design addicts, because the mixture of moresque, art deco and belle epoque with some sugar plum expects some tolerance in matter of taste. Nevertheless: This is a real Grand Hotel, where an experienced crew makes the guest feel home. You need a short ride into the center of Coral Gables? No problem, the... More
