My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by The Biltmore. In an area where everything is new, glitzy, hectic -- the Biltmore is burnished, refined, and calm. Our "junior" suite on the 3rd floor was the size of a suite at most other hotels, complete with a walk-out balcony with a great view of the pool. (The balcony hadn't... More

My family & I stayed there a couple of days in Spring 2010 after staying a few days in South Beach. We found the staff to be friendly & responsive and the room was clean. The room was small but adequate for the 4 of us and the bathroom was very nice & had been updated. A flat screen TV... More

Thanks to a fantastic corporate rate, I stayed here on business. Overall, I enjoyed my stay -- the hotel has a fascinating history, and its been restored with that history in mind. If you like that kind of hotel, you'll like the Biltmore. Service during the stay was excellent. The valet was welcoming. Questions were answered by all staff happily.... More

I made Mothers Day reservations in Jan 2011. I called the day prior to Mothers Day and they claimed there were no RSVPs. The restaurant assistant manager was rude and inconsiderate. He showed no interest in helping. Poor customer service!

My wife and I stayed at this great hotel for 5 days. We Loved the hotel. It is quiet, comfortable, and felt like home. The pool is magnificent, the health club is fantastic. The bed was soft and really comfortable. The best was the service, from the cleaning staff to the front desk, they all were very gracious and accomodating.... More

This is a resort hotel that is a destination until itself. It is not immediately adjacent to miami attractions, so the resort itself is the draw. Here are the main points I can make based upon my five night stay there - by the way, this is not my first time there. I was there at least once prior, and... More

The pool staff was amazing as were the night maids. By 5pm each day our room was not clean and we had to call for towels. Guests fighting in hall late night and alarm sounded for 15 minutes and when management was called they did not respond quickly or explain alarm. When I wrote a complaint nobody has responded which... More

We just returned from our trip to The Biltmore, Coral Gables. The hotel is beautiful and the service was great. All the staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. I also think that it is nice that tips for bellmen, doormen etc are already included in your room fees. It's nice not to worry about having a wad of... More

The Biltmore is a big, historic, elegant and architecturally interesting hotel set among beautiful grounds with an immaculate golf course. There are many unique rooms, nooks and crannies to explore, courtyards aplenty, and a big pool fringed with palms and statues. We've been to the Sunday brunch a number of times, most recently two years ago when we spent the... More

We went to Miami with our kids for the kid portion of the SOBE Food and Wine festival. The SOBE hotels were either all booked or too expensive so we opted for the Biltmore, which had great reviews. We got the govt employee discount rate, which was nice. Our stay was nice, though clearly not a "kid" hotel in that... More
