Stayed there on a conference trip recently. The hotel certainly looks grand when approaching, though the self service parking was difficult to find and a nice walk to the front desk. Check in was very efficient and friendly. The lobby area is charming and the concierge desk well staffed and very cooperative with good knowledge of the area. Upon reaching... More

Our relaxing weekend getaway at the Biltmore began in the gilded lobby with beautiful ornate ceilings. Fluffy, luxurious bedding, and drinks by the pool rounded out our stay and left us wishing we could stay longer.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference in March and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is in an incredible location and the golf course is great. I would highly recommend staying here for a golfing retreat and it’s only approximately 9 miles to Miami’s South Beach. This makes it very convenient if you are traveling to experience... More

If you are looking for a spa day, room service, kids day camp, etc such as you would find at a trendy resort, this is NOT for you... but if you are looking to stay in a place where princes and presidents and old Hollywood celebrities have stayed, surrounded by oak balustrades, and rich fabrics and oddities from an era... We enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful hotel. The hotel and facilities are excellent. The food at all of the restaurants was very good. The service throughout this resort is outstanding. Our room, however, was a little tired. For example, the bathroom was in need of updating. With that said, we would still probably stay here again if we... More

It was my wife's birthday so I decided to surprise her with a spa day, a night in town, then go back and spend the night at the hotel. The spa: I purchased a massage for my wife and gave her the gift card for her birthday, when she got there the card was not working, they were making her... More

I recently attended a two day meeting here. The hotel was sold out so I stayed at a property near by. The meeting room and a/v were excellent. We enjoyed a cocktails and a banquet dinner which were both first rate. The facility has great history, ensure you check out the impressive ballroom attached to the lobby. The pool is... More

I was supposed to have a suite but when I arrived, I was told that a wedding party decided to stay so I was bumped down into a standard room. It had a nice view facing the front of the hotel and the fountain but the room was pretty basic. There was also a stain on my bedskirt and the... More

The hotel is off the beaten path of Miami and Coral Gables. That's bad if you want to walk to an offsite restaurant but great if you want some quiet. The staff was extremely pleasant and courteous and anxious to please without being phony. You do pay for all of this. There is a $22 resort fee that pays for... More
