We had read horrible reviews about other hotels in the area. This was the ONLY one that had consistently good reviews. My room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved the location--it seemed to be close to everything and walking distance to the shops in Coconut Grove. I was able to spend a few hours relaxing at the pool one afternoon and I found it well maintained and nicely landscaped.... more

The hotel location was close to everything. It has a warm, friendly and helpful staff. We even had left my sons shark tooth necklace behind and they kindly returned it after finding it. BUT the reason for my not so stellar review is one of the beds were not changed because we found another persons bodily hair all over it.... more
