This is a budget motel and accomodations are cleanish, but not anything spectacular. I was really impressed by just how hard they tried, though. You often miss that in higher priced hotels. Nothing sends me off the deep end more than a comment about room cleanliness. And there's nothing my housekeeping staff fears more than me reading a review about cleanliness. “January 18th, 2013”

Stayed here the evening prior to our cruise. Very easy to make on line reservations. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire facility was clean and had just been painted. No complaints and would stay here again.

“Very outdated with rude bartenders”

The hotel needed major upgrading. When we went to the bar to redeem our coupons that were given to us at check in the bartender was very rude and would not redeem all if them ( we had 4 in our party). Just glad we only had to stay there 1 night

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience and as is indicated by the many positive reviews that surround yours, one negative experience, in this case your interaction with the bartender, colors the entire stay. Had to drive to Cocoa Beach to catch our cruise and Comfort Inn had a deal to park and cruise on their web site. The rooms have been renovated and are very clean. “Excellent Hotel”

My wife and I very much enjoyed this hotel. It is perfectly located for Port Canaveral (for cruises) and the beach, the suite was big and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you're going to Cocoa Beach (or on a cruise from Port Canaveral), I highly recommend this hotel.
