Be careful, there are two La Quinta Inns in Cocoa Beach and the other is apparently really nice. This is not! The front desk staff seemed to hate the guests, and gave absolutely no service at all! I think they were the worst I have ever encountered, and I have travelled all over the world. The room smelled like an... more

We stayed here for one night after a week at Kidani Village (new DVC resort at Animal Kingdom Lodge) at Walt Disney World. So my view of this hotel is probably a little skewed after staying at such a beautiful, new, gorgeous place like Kidani Village. I thought this La Quinta was "okay" for one night but I surely would... more

Our family of 4 stayed here for one night 21 May. The hotel is fine for transient travellers but wouldn’t want to stay for a holiday. The room had a strange smell as though not used for a while. Information leaflet in room about purchasing towels, suppose it is to act as a deterrent, but the towels in our room... more

Don't Stay here unless you do not want to get any sleep, be comfortable and cool when you sleep. Our room was facing the board walk, there was a band, that kept my husband and I up till all hours of the night, the air conditioner cut in and out, making it hot to sleep. When we asked to switch... more

My Sister flew in from Oklahoma we wanted a decent room, oceanfront, and would not bust our budget I think it fit the bill perfectly. The hotel did not have a restaurant, but, there are restaurants close enough to walk. It is next door to the Cocoa Beach Pier. more

We had a problem with our motor home and had to check in to a motel for a couple of days. We have a dog. That can be a problem when looking for motel. After looking on Trip Advisor and careful search, we selected this motel. Well, we were surprised in several areas and got what we expected in other... more

I'm a single mom. Arrived with 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 9 late 9:30ish and thought uh oh what did I do. At the free breakfast looked around and saw other families and seniors and normal people. Hotel was neat, and clean. Room was decent for the price. Front desk was friendly and helpful. There are 2 La Quintas... more

My wife and I took our first trip to Cocoa beach since our honey moon. Having stayed at a condo at Sandcastles, there is no comparison except the price. The hotel is not right on the beach, the rooms are adequate for 2 or 3 people but again wasn't comparable to the condo unit we stayed at in Sandcastles, which... more

I stayed here for one night on route to Miami. The hotel is in a good location a block from the beach. It is a very typical motel/hotel set up with rooms and doors arranged to face out to the parking areas. Check in was slow, primarily due to the person on th desk taking a call and then doing... more

My boyfriend and I came here to get away for a couple of days. We are both vegan and were surprisingly able to eat a lot of their breakfast items, which is a major plus for us. They were stocked with fresh fruit and baked goods. This hotel actually has a fenced in doggie park with "elimination" stations. As dog... more
