Well lets start with check in...... Not so bad. The lady at the service desk was very nice and helpful. (We had a very bad experience before we got to the hotel. "rental car broke down." ) I think she could tell we were having a bad day. Check in was a breeze. Our room which was located on the... more

My husband made reservations for 2 nights, 2 rooms for our daughter, her friend and us to see the Shuttle lift off and spend some beach time. $150 a night total for each room. At the last moment our daughter was called in to work and couldn't go. But we had none refundable rooms so we couldn't cancel one and... more

Hotel is very dirty. Great location but I didnt want my child to clean off in the hotel bathroom because it had so much hair/dirt from not being cleaned for so long. Hotel should be looked at by Holiday Inn. Rooms on south side of hotel very dirty. I think they use them for the cheaper bookings that they get... more

My husband and I were excited to spend our reunion there since he has been over in Iraq for almost a year. My husband and I have stayed in many Holiday Inns with such satisfaction. The pictures have always been right on but not in this case. This was such a horrible experience. First our room was nothing like the... more

We got one of the kids suites with the bunk beds and "two rooms in one." Great because we had two areas and two TVs for the price of one. Kids(age 11 and 6)loved having their own clubhouse to hang out in. I enjoyed being able to relax and not have to watch the shows that they do. We did... more

Yes the rooms are a little dated, but that did not stop us from having a great family get-away. My oldest child is at that age that where it is not cool to vacation with the parents, but she enjoyed herself as much as we all did. From being able to walk out on the beach to the pirate ship... more
