Definitely not one of Holiday Inn's better establishments... Check-in was fine. The place is huge so the map they give you is necessary. The hallways had obviously not been swept in a while and probably not painted in a few years. The room was nice by 1998 standards: decent but nothing special compared to other Holiday Inns. All the corridors... more

The "Kids Suite" is supposed to be so great, but it wasn't. Don't waste your money, it is a regular room which they built a partial wall and put a bunk bed, a toddler size bed, a dresser with a tv on it. These beds aren't even twin size beds! Makes the room smaller. The room was supposed to come... more

we stayed here june 29 through july 2. the place is not even close to clean . the staff obviously take no pride in there jobs or the trash that is laying all in the bushes and on the walkways would be cleaned up. the internet promise in every room is a lie unless you bring wireless hook up which... more

This hotel was perfect. My family stayed at this hotel from June 30 until July 5, 2008. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were really happy and pleased. The lobby was so colorful and clean. The staff was oh so friendly, and eager to help us. The pools were wonderful. The adult pool is an olympic sized... more

I would have to agree with most of the reviews of this hotel: totally outdated rooms that were not the cleanest, and certainly not worth the price, especially the "Family Suite" that we stayed in. I'm sure the Hilton or the Cocoa Beach Resort would have been much nicer, but I have to say, our 4-year old son LOVED the... more

We spent two nights and had an enjoyable stay. We had the kids suite room, which consisted of a king bed and then alittle sperate area for the kids. I called it a club house, it was real cute. The kids loved it. The room was alittle small, but it was clean. All employees we interacted with were very friendly... more

We have just returned from a two night stay in Cocoa Beach. The travel agency that book this hotel for us told us that It was a nice, clean hotel. Nonetheless, they must be blind, supid, or have never been to this place. This MOTEL is soooo old, dirty, and the rooms smells. The beds are so low to the... more

The Holiday Inn at Cocoa Beach last saw its prime some 50 years ago. A run down establishment that is hard pressed to keep up with the ravages of time and neglect. The staff told us this is their last season and the whole place is coming down - not too hard to believe. Stayed three nights for an on-site... more

Booked on Southwest.com as part of a airline/rental car/hotel package. We knew we wanted to be by a beach and it had to be close to Orlando since we were going there for attractions. The package price was good and the pictures on the hotel's site were good. After I booked it I saw the reviews and was kind of... more

First off let me say that the company I work for owns related hotels -- that being said, I felt I should book my room through an IHG affiliate. Unfortunately, the property was unwilling to honor my employee rate. Still, I opted to stay at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront. I was disappointed that my bathroom was not cleaned on my... more
