This hotel was disgusting. I cannot think of a better word to describe it. We stayed for only one night before our cruise and could not wait to get out of there!! The rooms were old, dirty, and smelled like mildew. The carpet was so gross that I didnt even want my kids walking on it without shoes or socks... more

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.The room was old and had a strong stench of mildew, which triggered a massive hayfever attack for me and my asthma started to act up. At 10:30 p.m. at night, we checked out after being there for mere hours to go to another hotel. We had to... more

I am a property manager and hard to please, I did my homework, I called the hotel before booking and asked questions due to the wide spread variations of reviews. This is a hotel that is a good value if you want to be on the beach. The amenities are nice, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere very fun. Could... more

We stayed here on a 3 night break before going to our 5 bed villa near Disney. We choose it because we have stayed in HI before all over the States and have always been very pleased. However we were in for a shock.A dark, damp and musky room awaited us with carpets that were damp and smelly.I had 3 dreadful nights sleep... more

Holidays Inn seems at first the ideal location right on the beach. The lobby and facilities are nice, there are two swimming pools, tennis courts, bar at the sea side, restaurants... But when entering the room, what a nightmare. The room itself was small and smelly; not to mention the bathroom. The floor carpet was terribly sticky and sandy. Walls and windows... more

We actually got a great price on 1-800-Hotels for this motel. And a very undisturbed, close walk to the beach was nice. But it sure needs alot of attention to detail and remodeling! So I got what I paid for I suppose. Alittle sketchy on the secureness of our room and such, but we got along okay. The rooms were... more

When I worked for this hotel chain, this specific hotel was considered more like a resort. I was excited to have a reason to stay...when we got there, we regretted it. We were given the option of a room on the first floor or second floor--I luckily said first floor (I usually take lower floors in case there is a... more

OK, I paid $70 a night for a family suite using 1800hotels.com - much cheaper than Holiday Inn normally charges. I would not want to pay more that $30 for the room. There was a gap between the floor and door- large enough to need to stuff a towel under it to keep bugs, lizards, and small snakes out. Whole... more

The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean with adequate towels and amenities. A/C worked well. We were on the ocean side and the view was better than anticipated. Not what you want if you're looking for a 5 star resort experience, but for a day or two enjoy... more
