My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to cocoa beach. So on the way I booked a hotel online at the best western and realized I booked at the inland cocoa not the beach one. My first introduction to this hotel was via phone call to the front desk. I could hear the smile on the gentleman at reception. Upon arrival everything was as expected. Enjoyed our stay at the top of the Tower. The Tower was being painted but John and Tracey (the painters in maintenance), were friendly, fun and very helpful. The pool areas are pleasant. Breakfast is average but service was friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night at this location. Very clean and updated decor. Breakfast buffet was average. Staff was okay. Staff would not give me a receipt at checkout because they said I booked with a third party site (trip advisor)

We stayed there on April 30th and enjoyed the two bedroom suite. Though the sofa couch was not comfortable at all. The two queen beds were just fine and we liked the full kitchen. Only one block from the beach and the pier where they have a great happy hour after 4 o'clock on everything half off.

Thanks so much to Ana Pittman and her food service staff for working so hard to follow all the requirements as required by the State of Florida!!! Keep up the good work! Every visit, Ms Pttmans and her staff seem happy and are very pleasant to deal with.

This is the Best Western landmark for first class service. I was going to name one "supervisor" but then there were many to be signalled, so they all get Honors rating. This place lodges hundreds of guests and spreads many blocks. It is run most efficiently. Staff walk around and make sure you are wearing a smile. It is just... More
