I loved this hotel and so did my kids! We had a beautiful view from our sliding door. Great location so close to the beach and restaurants. My own complaint is the bathroom sink was clogged. I have suggested this place to my sister who is looking into vacationing at Cocoa Beach. Such a delightful place.

we were concerned upon check in to see the "adult pleasure emporium" next door but later found the area to be safe even walking at night 2 blocks to the "sandbar sports pub". the location is close to restaurants, grocery and drug stores and just 1 block to a beautiful beach . the room was clean except for the blue... Fawlty Towers is a gem. Definitely not a five star hotel, but I loved the charm of the retro room and pool with Tiki Bar! Our room is a little outdated, but has tons of character and is clean. This is a family owned hotel and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Bars, and restaurants close by and we'll be... More

We absolutely adore this place. It reminds me of the small family owned motels I stayed at on the N.C. outer banks in the early 70s. If you are looking for fancy, foo-foo, high tech, all-in-one, try to impress you with an aura of refinement and expensive taste, pampered......look elsewhere. This is a quaint, older establishment with a unique charm... More

Central to everything in Cocoa Beach. Past reviews do not do this place justice. Family owned and managed, facilities maybe a little dated but everything works. Pool is superb and is within a sheltered sun trap. Plenty of good value restaurants nearby, a genuine Irish Pub 100 metres walk. Pier with Tiki Bar is worth a visit, fishing, surfing and... More

Wow where do i begin? For one thing its ridiculous to get to, parking is a joke... but that's not the worst thing! Walk in and first thing that hits you is the musty smell that overwhelms you! Tv had snow because the remote was so complicated and when you try to call the front desk from your room forget... More

We stayed here for only one night when passing through Cocoa Beach and were thankful for it. Our fun started with the front desk being unable to give us a room key because the system was down. The gentleman told us he told us he could let us in and out as we needed. Then the bathroom was so dirty-... More

We were passing through and need a place just for the night spotted and thought it might be fun to stay. It was a laugh I would have had a better nights sleep on a paving slab, there as an old dirty sock in one corner and peanuts in the other , the sink was full of the last persons... More

Great location right by Ron Jons and a couple blocks from the beach. Room was livable. Old and not well maintained. your very basic 2 queen beds, small bathroom, TV, small fridge/freezer... BUT THEN you walk out the back slider to a tropical paradise. The pool is small but very nice. Outdoor tiki style bar. Lounge chairs. Back deck or... More

We had called around 6:30 pm to reserve two rooms to stay in after a deep sea fishing trip. We arrived at the hotel 11:30pm to check in. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk clerk proceeded to tell us that she had sold our rooms to someone else because she didnt think we were coming. We had specificall... More
