I checked into this hotel only because it was a holiday weekend and I could not find any other vacancies. I did not sleep at all because I felt uncomfortable staying in a place that was utterly filthy dirty, couldn't wait to check out in the morning to another hotel that I found online. The most interesting thing about this... More

Quite a reasonable place despite the name. A bit seedy looking on first sight and on the junction of four roads so doesn't feel like a beachside resort. Quite clean and comfortable inside the pink and blue turreted exterior. Small smoke-filled bar poolside (large and noisy wedding party while we were there) . Wouldn't really stay there again although we... More

basic hotel by the beach, in the middle of the action. walk to the Pier, stores, eats and bars. Get a room on the 2nd floor because even if you don't have a stomper above, the floors creak a bit. Not a deal breaker. Nice place, good hosts, nice pool. What more do you want?

I loved this hotel and so did my kids! We had a beautiful view from our sliding door. Great location so close to the beach and restaurants. My own complaint is the bathroom sink was clogged. I have suggested this place to my sister who is looking into vacationing at Cocoa Beach. Such a delightful place.

we were concerned upon check in to see the "adult pleasure emporium" next door but later found the area to be safe even walking at night 2 blocks to the "sandbar sports pub". the location is close to restaurants, grocery and drug stores and just 1 block to a beautiful beach . the room was clean except for the blue... Fawlty Towers is a gem. Definitely not a five star hotel, but I loved the charm of the retro room and pool with Tiki Bar! Our room is a little outdated, but has tons of character and is clean. This is a family owned hotel and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Bars, and restaurants close by and we'll be... More

We absolutely adore this place. It reminds me of the small family owned motels I stayed at on the N.C. outer banks in the early 70s. If you are looking for fancy, foo-foo, high tech, all-in-one, try to impress you with an aura of refinement and expensive taste, pampered......look elsewhere. This is a quaint, older establishment with a unique charm... More

Central to everything in Cocoa Beach. Past reviews do not do this place justice. Family owned and managed, facilities maybe a little dated but everything works. Pool is superb and is within a sheltered sun trap. Plenty of good value restaurants nearby, a genuine Irish Pub 100 metres walk. Pier with Tiki Bar is worth a visit, fishing, surfing and... More

Wow where do i begin? For one thing its ridiculous to get to, parking is a joke... but that's not the worst thing! Walk in and first thing that hits you is the musty smell that overwhelms you! Tv had snow because the remote was so complicated and when you try to call the front desk from your room forget... More

We stayed here for only one night when passing through Cocoa Beach and were thankful for it. Our fun started with the front desk being unable to give us a room key because the system was down. The gentleman told us he told us he could let us in and out as we needed. Then the bathroom was so dirty-... More
