i first visited the Sea Aire Motel in June 2001, and have since been back every year barring 2004 & 2005. i'm from Scotland and stumbled across the See Aire on the web whilst looking for holiday accommodation in 2001, and i'm delighted that i did. after deciding we were interested we sent an email to Gary, the motel manager,... more

This is real old Florida-if you are looking for a cookie cutter experience, pass this by. If you want spa treatments, room service, and a trip down the elevator in your bathing suit just to get to the beach, go elsewhere. But if what you want is to enjoy the beach and have a real old fashioned Florida experience-this is... more

This is a hidden gem. Small, homey business. The woman in the office upon check in is so nice. Sorry I can't remember her name, but she crochets all the time. She's always got a project going. There's a coffee pot with coffee at any time waiting for a customer and a microwave in the front office. The motel is... more

Through my place of employment we won an all expenses paid trip to Florida, we could stay at a Disney resort they had picked out or find our own motel I chose to find our own motel. Someone told me about Cocoa Beach so I googled motels in the area, Sea Aire Motel was one of the first motels I... more

Our family of five spent 10 nights at the Sea Aire Motel over the holidays and had a wonderful time. The staff and Gary were very friendly and accomodating. The location of this motel is awesome! The view of the ocean, our walk-out onto the beach, the use of the grills and pavillion, swings, and laundry - were all very... more

We stayed at the Sea Aire many times in the 1970s. It had gotten shabby for a while, then we heard it was better, so we decided to trip down memory lane, spend Thanksgiving in Cocoa Beach, and give it another try. This would be a good place only if you liked camping in a tent. There was no maid... more

we have been going to sea aire for 13 years now (10 of these with extended family. We always go for the 4th of july. We love the management as Gary has always been nothing but kind and honest. We see many of the same people year after year, so they must be doing something right. While the rooms are... more

I have been a corporate travel agent for 10 years and I have dealt with MANY hotel problems. But the Sea Aire "Management" is the most dishonest and sketchy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I made my reservation directly by email one day prior to arrival. I told Gary three times that our flight was scheduled to... more

We were delighted after a long day of travelling up A1A to discover Sea Aire and settle in our ocean view room after meeting a very friendly manager. Since we had no reservations and were just "winging it" on our way to visit the space center, we thought we were dreaming when we were able to find accomodations such as... more

We lived in Orlando, Florida the last three years and spent our last night as Floridians at the Sea Aire Motel. With the movers packing up all of our stuff yesterday morning we didn't want to sleep last night on the floor in an empy house, so we headed for nearby Cocoa Beach. We stayed last night at the Sea... more
