Okay, Jack K. You missed out on a really great stay in Cocoa Beach. The Sea Aire is truly a warm, comfortable, "old-Florida" motel. My husband and I travel to Cocoa beach every other year and we always stay at the Sea Aire. The manager is about as nice as it gets. Gary always makes you feel welcomed and at... More

I stayed in one of the rooms that faced the ocean. The view was perfect. The windows are huge. My neighbors in adjoining rooms were very nice. We saw some snowbirds who were down for extended stays as well as young couples with children. The manager makes you feel very welcome. However, on the flip side, the beds are a... More

Although we've only got the chance to visit a couple of times, any time we are asked where one should stay when visiting the east coast, we always insist they check out the Sea Aire. It's clean, well furnished and has a feeling of privacy, but be aware, book early, it fills up quickly. We found the atmosphere in the... More

I purposely picked this hotel as it reminded me of the motels we used to stay in back in the 1960s. It was exactly that! The location was great, we could see the ocean from our room and loved to drink our morning coffee outside, watching the water and pelicans. The kitchenette is pretty tiny but we did manage to... Wanted to try old style Cocoa Beach so after reading other reviews we looked at a room and knew it was a little dated. The Sea Aire is like old Florida, you just have to remember what that was like. Outside the room, there's a feeling of relaxation and unpretentious simplicity. The manager and staff are easy going and friendly.... More

Yes, the place is old. It was built when the Space Coast was coming up. These are efficiency-type rooms, so you get no housekeeping; you go and get your towels yourself and if you want to make the bed, you do that yourself. Or, if you're like us, you don't. However, just because it's old from the 1950s doesn't mean... More

My wife and I stayed for a week at this small scale one storey high motel right at the dunes, beach and down town Cocoa Beach. It is a nice contrast with the more than 3 layer anonymous buildings around. We could park our car right at the back door of our room (15) and in the front we had... More

We saw all the GREAT reviews online about this hotel...which is barely a MOTEL! I really believe that all of these reviews were written by the owners! We went to check in, and as we pulled in I felt like we were in an old HORROR MOVIE!! looking around for the "Chainsaw guy"! needless to say We DID NOT CHECK-IN!!!... More

I booked an ocean front room at the Sea Aire for my daughter and her boyfriend, for her birthday, and for me to do a photo shoot on the beach with her - my model - for my vintage clothing Etsy shop! Not only is this cute, retro motel clean and welcoming, it's also right in downtown south Cocoa Beach... More

This little family owned motel is very nice. The rooms have small kitchenettes are are very comfortable. It is right on the ocean. There is no pool but who needs that - you have the Atlantic ocean. The common areas are filled with grills and picnic tables. Very reasonable rates.
