This hotel will never be considered luxurious, BUT the charm, staff, and grounds make up for it. The rooms are comfortable and very functional. Close walk to old cocoa village, with great restaurants all within walking distance. I am local but still go out of my way to stay there!

Our whole family was going down for the second-to-last shuttle launch. RCI is supposed to put us in high quality condos or suite hotels. This dump , built in the 50s, had fake stucco peeling off the walls, three teeny bedrooms, a kitchenette...they advertised 3 bedrooms and kitchen, but the whole thing was like a Henny Youngman routine--the room was... A great location right on the beach, and far enough away from the busier parts of the beach. The rooms are a little dated, but this adds to the charm, and they are clean and the grounds very well maintained. We knew we'd like it as soon as we arrived and hurriedly booked another night! If you book with Booking.com... More

I really wanted to love this family-run motel, which reminds me of the places we used to stay when I was a kid. Unfortunately, if you're not lucky enough to have one of the beachfront rooms, you're left with a maximum of noise and a minimum of charm. Between the paper-thin walls, the parking lots on two sides and noisy... More

A small, homey, friendly motel right on the beach for less $ than anything nearby. Would definitely return. Easy walk to Fat Kahuna's restaurant, which is a "don't miss". This would be a great place for families or extended stay.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel Nov 14-16, 2014 for the wedding of my cousins daughter. What a pleasant stay it was for all of us. We actually rented out the entire hotel - all 17 rooms!!! Weather was fantastic. Gary and his staff were so accomodating! They did anything and everything to make us feel at home!... More

We've been going to the Sea Aire for about 20 years. It is a one-story older style Mom and Pop place, quiet and on the beach. You can't beat the location...walk out the door and you're on the beach. The owner is nice and friendly but kind of cheap. Just recently though, they have been doing some updating. Finally replaced... More

I have stayed here 3 times and headed back for a 4th in Oct 2014. I meet my 2 sisters and we usually stay about a week. After grocery shopping, we park the car and don't get back in until time to leave. I was totally unprepared and a bit skeptical my first visit. I was won over by the... More
