This is a timeshare property with no amenities other than the kitchen being stocked with everything you need to prepare food during your stay. I stayed here through my timeshare. The title says it all, they don't have anything extra to offer there guest you have to pay for everything including shampoo. We go to Seagull every summer. It's location is perfect. The rooms are not fancy but they are very clean, well stocked and cheap. This place is a great value for a beach vacation. We look forward to going back every summer. more

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and if you are looking for frills, stay somewhere else. If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean hotel, on the beach, this fits the bill.
