We did not have an ocean front unit but got a top floor ocean view...it was fine. No one was above us so no noise from guests above. Our time there was wonderful ...being on the ocean is the only way to go if you are a beach lover like our family.

We stayed here for our first time as we traded for a week here from our regular time share. We certainly have not been disappointed. The resort is very well kept, right on the beach, great service and a wonderful on site Mexican restaurant. There seems to be a lot for things for families to do. They have a small... More

We just got back from Resort on Cocoa Beach. Great spot for beach access and other amenities. The kids had fun at the resort participating in pool activities and using the game room. The rooms however really need paint and the lounge chairs by the pool were awful. The ones we sat on we either broken or badly worn. As... More

This is not a hotel, it's a time-share. The rooms are all 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condos, 15 years old. They sleep 6 but that means 2 on the sagging pullout couch in the living room. While the countertops and cabinetry was updated, the showers and tub were older fixtures, pitting on the aluminum door. The small balconies echo. The sound... More

always a good time at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. We have rented here many times and for a lot of R & R, this is the place. also a trip in to Disney for a day was great. teenagers like it too. lots of beach time and pool time. Full kitchen, so we cooked every meal. works out great.

Anyone wanting to enjoy a great resort and beach plus add a few days to drive in to one of the amusement parks in Orlando it is a great way to do it. I do not want to stay in a Disney park for 5-7 days so we love coming to The Resort on Cocoa Beach.

This was out first trip to cocoa beach for a week vacation. We normally stay in Orlando but this time we decided to stay on the beach with some friends and do day trips into Orlando. This definitely has it's pros and cons but the beach and the resort have been great. The beach is very large with great sand.... More

We have stayed at the Resort on Coca Beach several times and enjoyed each & every stay.. Its located right off the main fairway and has lots of family-oriented activities like a Indoor play area & arcade, basketball court, outdoor large swimming pool and a MOVIE THEATER..lol and its own beach access where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas... Just got back from one week (Sat to Fri) at Cocoa Beach Hotel. I reserved an ocean front. Be sure to stay above the 2nd floor or else your view will be of the sand dunes only. The rooms themselves are very nice. A little annoying aspect is that I had to inventory EVERYTHING in the room or else I... More
