I find myself staying here often because Tom and his staff are always so helpful and cooperative. My dog gets the royal treatment as do i. Tom has always come through for my with all of my requests and seems to be very knowledgable about the area.

I have stayed in every hotel on A1A from Cape Canaveral to Melbourne Beach and The Cocoa Beach Suites is the best. What you pay is not what you get, you get way more. I am writing a review in regards to the front desk supervisor, Shay. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were greeted by smiles all around. Shay answered all our questions and accommodated us perfectly. She made our trip in Cocoa Beach a blast !

Pleasantly surprised..nice clean room .. stayed a more expensive hotels not nearly as nice, except ot beomg a little dated...well worth money. Shay was very courteous and helpful in recommending a great restaurant. Would definately recommend and will come back again.

Tom,Shay,Kyle, and Nick were very helpful in all areas. I would recommend this hotel. Every worker in this hotel was more then accommodating and defiantly went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied upon my arrival.
