I was in Cocoa Beach for my 40th high school Reunion which was held at this hotel. My second floor room was large and comfortable with a nice private lanai. We stayed at the Courtyard for 5 days in January. It was a superb hotel. The staff were friendly and the food was very good. The rooms are big, very clean and the beds are comfortable. Very nice place to stay and relax. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The Beach is within walking distance, however, do not expect to look out your balcony and see the ocean. There are buildings between you and the sea. more
