We stayed for the whole month of November and enjoyed it very much. It is perfect for an extended stay, since it does not come with hotel or resort amenities, but the location is superb and there are many restaurants within a short radius. We chose it for the full kitchen - all units have full, nicely renovated kitchens. While... More

Hated it, at first it looked like a nice place but the service was beyond horrible. There was no maintenance at ALL, in 6 days I didn't see one janitor or cleaner of any kind. No one told us where we had to put the trash so we left it for the hotel in front because THEY had a cleaner... More

We just spent 2 weeks in unit 332 in the Marin Condos. Such great possibilities. The unit was ideally located right on the beach. Even on the days when it rained, we could sit in the living room and watch the surf and the boats pass. The place was large and had plenty of storage. The said part is that... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Marlin on numerous occasions, and we love unit #328. It has an open floor plan, is extremely clean and well kept, and is very tastefully decorated--it feels like a home away from home! You definitely can't beat the price for such a great location. We love having afternoon cocktails on the patio... More

Stayed at #328 in the Marlin! Steps to the beautiful wide beach, not crowded! Can walk to many restaurants and bars. Beautifully furnished and well equipped condo! Can't beat the price $690 a week for the winter months for an Oceanside unit! Can barbecue on the patio, sit at the tables and watch the cruise ships go by or a... More

My two teens and I stayed in Room 316 from March 10 to 17. We had an oceanfront room on the main floor with one bedroom and a pull out couch. I had noticed the Marlin on-line and got a rate for this spot for LESS than I would have paid for an oceanfront hotel room. The suite was large... More

I recently stayed at The Marlin, what a find! Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect for a beach getaway! Not a large property, no pool but just outside your door is the wide, warm sandy beach of the Atlantic. Our room had two double beds and a sleeper. We had a side unit with a limited view of the ocean but for... More
