First I'd like to say this was a spur of the moment visit. It was for our 24th anniversary and both of us were not sure what to do. Dinner and a movie?, Nah...boring..so we though about getting a room on the beach. I called and spoke to David at the front desk and ask for availabilty and he was... More

We have flown down to Cocoa Beach for 20 years to brush off the winter snow and have stayed in a variety of hotels and motels. Ever since we discovered The Inn 5 years ago, it's been our snowbird home. Breakfast is fresh and yummy; no need for lunch. Rooms are redone, clean and comfy. Landscaping is lush and well-kept.... Very honestly, the reviews on trip advisor led me to expect much more, and ultimately I was disappointed given the cost and high ratings. Inn at Cocoa Beach is rated number 1 in Cocoa Beach on Trip Advisor, which may be the case since I did not stay anywhere else, however, if that is true, I am concerned about the... More

We came to this Inn for a wedding on April 1st, 2012....couldn't have picked a nicer place. I was in desperate need of a simple, fun, yet cozy vacation, and I found it here! The entire Inn was like a large bed & breakfast but with the personal touch. I loved the pool, the green area, the hammock, sitting area,... More

This is a hotel I would totally recommend. A friend and I stayed for two days during March break. First we got a fabulous deal, a 50 dollar certificate for a local restaurant (so good we went the next night as well-Milliken's Reef) two tickets to Cape Kennedy and for two nights I think our total bill was about 400... After reading the reviews I had some apprehensions booking here am dumbfounded by the poor reviews. Sure the rooms are a bit "cozy" but you're at the beach, sit on your deck and watch the waves come in. I am doing that right now. I don't understand the complaints. This place is wonderful 60s swank style. Bathrooms are updated and... More

Arriving after a 3 hour from Miami with my 11 year old son it was a case of a quick change and a look out to the beach from our balcony and then the short walk for a swim. On our way back we stopped off to try out the pool. As reviewed by others the rooms are not the... More

Very relaxing, well decorated. Not the place I would recommend to take the kids for resort amenities. It did provide a very nice romantic weekend getaway. They had 2 lovely parrots and 2 cute dogs in the lobby. Very intimate feel with a nice wine and cheese reception in the evening and a yummy breakfast.

We just spent 5 days at this hotel and would recommend to couples looking to be close enough to the the Cocoa Beach/Cape Caneveral area, but away from the typical Spring Breakers. Rooms are not overly large (we stayed in room 203 which is Ocean View/Pool Side) but they have a large balcony with comfortable rocking chairs and we left... More

I liked the breakfast, with fresh fruit, quiche, banana bread, juice and the most delicious coffee. The breakfast is on the house, as is their wine and cheese. The staff could not have been nicer! There is a small deck leading to the pool. The pool AND the beach were fantastic! The room (105) was a bit dated (NO shampoo!!!),... More
