This Inn is adorable and the perfect spot on the beach. The rooms and bathroom are a little bit smaller than the "large" hotels, but they make up for it in experience. After overlooking the pool and beach from your room, you can head downstairs each morning - get a greeting from the cute little dogs, a "hello" from the... More

My wife and I have stayed at large and small hotels (almost exclusively the big names) and B&Bs. The Inn has its own niche. One of a kind. All of the praise stated in other reviews are things I would have stated in this review. The most pleasant laid back place we have ever stayed. Besides the obvious clean and... More

This is a lovely place to get away. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable, was that the hallways and elevator had no air conditioning, neither did the bathroom in our room. But, the staff and accommodations far exceed the minor inconvenience.

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family. The hotel staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and look beautiful. Quick gate access to the beach right next to a very clean pool area. Very quiet, no noise from other rooms heard. They have two cute dogs on the property who are very friendly... More

We booked this last minute and checked in around 11pm after a long drive to get there. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by two of the cutest friendliest little doggies. The front desk person was very friendly and talkative, even at that late hour. Went to the room and it was very warm. The air unit was... More

This place focuses on customer service and it shows. We were a walk in but the concierge gave us our choice of available rooms, tried to upgrade us, and gave us a discount! Additionally the breakfast is great, its right on the beach, and the pool is lovely with plenty of lounging space and even a hammock! You can rent... More

Everything about the inn was wonderful. The people at the desk were friendly and accommodating. A full breakfast and happy hour is provided daily. Poolside was very quiet and the beach was very accessible. Room was clean and well kept, but not extravagant. There was no noise from other rooms. I would recommend the poolside rooms on the first floor... More

Great three night stay in June '14 The inn is very reminiscent of old Florida with a distinct European feel to the accomodations, which are very comfortable but lack the spacious bathrooms of newer hotels. The location is perfectly situated on the beach with private access to the beach boardwalk and also contains it's own pool. The common areas are... More

We have just woken up at the Inn... its a comfortable 3 star hotel (by English standards anyway)... We are in the old block, room 21, so can only comment on our room although some of the ones by the pool look more modern. The hotel is nice enough, and yes the honor bar is interesting.... and the two little... More

Stayed here 2 nights back in March. Location is nice, sitting on the sands of Cocoa Beach. Our room was on the 4th floor with an ocean view (thanks to an upgrade from the owner). Nice!! The rooms here are older, but large, and clean. The service and hospitality here is 1st class. The hot breakfast is as well. There... More
